A Xonicwave remote IT support consultant will be connecting to your device after the installation of the software. You will retain control for the duration of this session and can terminate the session. Please close any personal or confidential information on your screen, as Xonicwave will be viewing your desktop. During a session, Xonicwave will be able to perform any action as if they were physically sitting in front of the computer. Xonicwave cannot remotely access your computer unless given permission to do so. We are here to solve technology remote support tools issues with your network.
After the software has been installed, you will simply need to provide the consultant your ID and password (if applicable) that is generated by the application for the consultant to be able to connect to your computer.
