It takes all the features of our Silver plan and provides enhanced monitoring of network, along with security monitoring. Xonicwave even does all your regularly scheduled maintenance on your PCs and servers. Unlike most companies, Xonicwave does NOT cap our clients on the amount of support they receive each month. We want to be regarded as your IT partner, not just another vendor.
Our clients also receive access to the Xonicwave client portal, where they review invoices, request support, see the status on open requests, view remote monitoring statistics, check out backup status, spam and virus status, and many other features. Another benefit is the ability to have an IT procurement department at your fingertips.
