Chad M. Moore

Chad M. Moore,

Founder and President

With an extensive background in information technology, Chad M. Moore brings considerable consulting and management experience to his role as Founder and President of Xonicwave.

He has a strong desire to ensure Xonicwave customers receive the best in client services, while providing superior technical expertise at a fair price. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Chad was in the United States Air Force. During his five year tenure in the Air Force, he served as a Computer Security Program Manager throughout various locations across the US and overseas. Chad has earned degrees in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, and Computer Science. This provided him the educational background in information technology that would complement his evident leadership capabilities. He also has been recognized for his work in the book: A Step by Step Guide to Windows NT Security (1999 SANS Institute), and earned numerous medals for his conduct and achievements, while serving his country.

After departing the US Air Force in 1998, Chad put his skills to use as a Management Consultant for Lucent Technologies, managing a full cycle of network and business consulting services. He acquired expertise in major account direct sales and management to numerous Fortune 500 companies, where he was recognized as a top manager.

Prior to founding Xonicwave, Chad was a Consulting Director for two private IT services firms in California. In these roles, Moore provided management and technical expertise to teams of up to 25 engineers, consultants and managing consultants to Fortune 1000 and small/medium sized companies throughout the Western United States.

Chad brings to Xonicwave 22 years of experience in the areas of information technology, consulting, and management. Among his numerous other qualifications, Moore is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). In his spare time Moore enjoys traveling, golf and wine tasting.

Mark Magarian

Mark Magarian,

Outside Legal Counsel

Mark Magarian has served as legal counsel for Xonicwave since 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

After graduation, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts for one year, where he clerked in a prominent downtown law firm. Thereafter, he returned to California to attend law school at Golden Gate University School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1992. Following graduation from law school, Mark worked as an attorney for the AV rated Central California law firm of Dowling, Magarian, Phillips & Aaron (DMP&A -- a firm that was co-founded by his late grandfather, and father, in 1977). At DMP&A, Mark worked on a variety of business litigation matters, as well as general business counseling in the labor and employment setting.

In 1996, Mark and two colleagues created their own firm, Heyman, Kerkorian & Magarian, LLP (HK&M). HK&M was also an AV rated Central California law firm. During his tenure at HK&M, Mark litigated a number of highly contested cases before juries and judges alike, including federal, state and administrative trial work. He also continued to provide general business counseling in the labor and employment setting to numerous small, medium and large businesses located throughout the West Coast (including clients such as Mesa Air Group, a large regional airline doing business as United Express and Mpower Communications Corp., a national publicly traded telecommunications provider). During this time, Mark also served as an Arbitrator for the Superior Court of California, County of Fresno.

In late 1999, Mpower Communications Corp. appointed Mark to their senior management team and named him the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. He relocated his family to corporate headquarters in Rochester, New York, and proceeded to help the company grow from 700 to over 2,500 employees in his first year. He was awarded the Company's first annual Power of Leadership Award in 2001.

In late 2002, Mark was recruited back to California by SeeBeyond Technology Corporation, a publicly traded global software company. Again, Mark was appointed to the senior management team and named the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. At SeeBeyond, Mark was responsible for the entire global Human Resource function, and among other things, helped the Company rebuild its senior management team, develop competitive compensation and benefit programs, and become a leader in the enterprise application integration space. Mark is an active member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association, and in his spare time coaches youth sports, plays golf, is a student pilot, and participates as a member of the Dean's Advisory Board to the School of Business and Economics at California State University Los Angeles.


Israel Stanley

Israel Stanley,

VP of Operations

Israel Stanley brings over fourteen years of operations and client relations experience and serves as Vice President of Operations for Xonicwave.

Israel attended college at Arizona State University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in criminal law. He was recruited by Arizona State out of Point Loma High School in San Diego, California to play baseball and football, and received an athletic scholarship. Israel was named Student-Athlete of the year in 1993. Upon graduation he continued on into professional sports playing football for the San Diego Chargers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New Orleans Saints in the National Football League. Israel also played in NFL Europe where in 1997 he was the first player taken in the NFL Europe Draft, and went on to play in two World Bowl Championships in Europe.

Retiring from the San Diego Chargers after the 1999 season, Israel took a college scouting position in the front office with the Saint Louis Rams in 2000. Mr. Stanley was promoted to Assistant Director of Pro Personnel in 2001 in which he evaluated all AFC restricted and unrestricted free agents, organizing and arranging the selection board based upon talent and contractual projections. 13 of his top 20 selections went on to be selected to the Pro Bowl in Hawaii. Israel earned an NFC Championship ring in 2002 with the Rams.

In 2003 Israel returned to San Diego and entered the Mortgage industry. He learned all facets in the industry from land purchases to wholesale money lending. From 2003-2006, Israel closed over 200 million dollars in land and residential purchases as a wholesale representative bank lender, lastly with the nations top lender, Wells Fargo. Israel Stanley was also the Vice President of CEI inc., which specializes in celebrity events that raises money for youth charities, and is also a member of the Arizona State University Alumni Association. In his spare time, Israel enjoys boating, volunteering for charities and traveling.
