Summary:
Manage the schedules of the consulting engineers and managing customer service activities to ensure that all service appointments are recorded accurately. Major emphasis is placed on facilitating outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Tracking and informing customers of equipment delivery status and adjusting and scheduling service appointments as necessary. Act as a pivot point of communication between consulting engineers and their customers.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
- Distinguished interpersonal communication skills
- Customer Service experience in the service sector
- Assist consulting engineers with issues surrounding activities
- Experienced in customer service skills and excellent in dealing with clients over the phone
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make decisions pro-actively
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Basic PC skills, with knowledge in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Access
- Ability to develop professional rapport and maintain a dynamic and professional demeanor with customers and team members
- Experience in identifying and affecting technical escalation procedures
