CLIENT LIASON

Summary:
Manage the schedules of the consulting engineers and managing customer service activities to ensure that all service appointments are recorded accurately. Major emphasis is placed on facilitating outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Tracking and informing customers of equipment delivery status and adjusting and scheduling service appointments as necessary. Act as a pivot point of communication between consulting engineers and their customers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 3+ years of experience in outside sales, consistently exceeding quoting.
  2. Prior experience working with small and medium sized businesses
  3. Prior Experience selling IT solutions (Hardware, Software, or Telecomm)
  4. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to generate revenue by identifying and closing new accounts through interacting with partners, cold calling, and following up on lead generation.
  5. Will work with specific Partners to build credibility with product expertise, broad and deep account management skills, and should demonstrate consistent track record for closing collaborative partner opportunities.
  6. Involves direct, face-to-face contact and prospecting. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Represent the organization as the principal customer contact.
  8. Candidate should have high energy level, be self motivated, and have proven track record, and experience in selling professional and managed services.

CONSULTING ENGINEER

Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fulfill the role of a Consulting Engineer (CE). The CE performs a wide range of technical, value-added services. Responsibilities include; pre-sales technical support, system configurations, installations and emergency support of client networks. In addition, the CE assesses customer needs and presents an objective network design to meet specific business and technology requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with implementation of LAN/WAN backbone technologies including; Remote Access, VPN, Internet Connectivity, TCP/IP, NT, Network Security, Network Design.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  1. Primary technical contact for customers in the local market area.
  2. Supports the management team by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  3. Performs solo configurations, installations and upgrades of LAN/WAN solutions.
  4. Uses high-level judgment and relies on experience and knowledge when conducting on-site installations and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order.
  5. Represents Xonicwave in a customer support role and is responsible for the customer’s satisfaction with equipment and servicing.
  6. Prepares Xonicwave professional service reports detailing work performed and submits in a timely manner.
  7. Troubleshoots network failures and recommends/implements solutions for increasing network capacity in growing, high-usage environments.
  8. Works with multi-server configurations, communication protocols, and high speed voice & data devices fairly proficiently.
  9. Assists with the network design, analysis and integration of network management application and tools to provide customers with predictable network operation performance.
  10. Continuously works on the development of increased product knowledge through vendor-sponsored training and self-paced study.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of proven success providing professional, consulting services and customer & sales support.
  2. Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco, Microsoft, NetScreen, SonicWALL, WatchGuard, Symantec, or similar vendor products required.
  3. Multiple vendor certifications including (or at a minimum); CCNA, Win2K or equivalent experience desired.
  4. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in a technical area or equivalent experience.
  5. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to perform outside sales. The Client Development Executive performs a wide array of duties to establish relationships with potential clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in outside sales, consistently exceeding quoting.
